Making Gemstone Necklaces by Hand

I create each gemstone pendant necklace by first crafting a design which is usually heavily inspired by nature. Then begins the metalsmithing process of hand sawing, soldering, texturing, stone setting and more. Every aspect of Woodland Metalsmith pendants is handmade, including the sterling silver and stones, which I collect right here in Washington State. It's a time intensive process to ensure that your necklace is high quality and long-lasting.

Woodland Metalsmith coats all metals in a high quality lacquer, however, it may wear off overtime if it is exposed to moisture or chemicals.

You can store your sterling silver and copper jewelry in a dry place and take it off when you are bathing, swimming, doing dishes, etc.
