Payment information is kept strictly confidential.

Your personal information is used only for shipping and contact regarding your purchase if necessary. 

The only time I will be contacting you is if you have contacted me, you have opted into my email subscription or if I am working with you on an order.

Returns & Exchanges

60 day return policy - If you are simply not happy with your purchase, you may return it for a refund. Feel free to email me at kahlia@woodlandmetalsmith.com to start the return process.

The buyer is responsible for return shipping charges. 

I do not take returns or give refunds for items damaged from water. I provide you with jewelry care information on all individual products.

 

Make a mistake during check out?

Contact me immediately regarding any errors at checkout such as address, item etc. I would be happy to correct any mistakes prior to shipping.
