This unique Crinoid Fossil heart focal pendant necklace is designed for someone with a simple style and a love for gems. This piece is made up of small Crinoid tubes (or orbs) with a gray stone backdrop. The adjustable hypoallergenic vegan necklace makes it easy to take on and off.

This necklace was completely handcrafted by me (Kahlia) in Washington State from my school bus work studio. I collected the Crinoid Fossil from a beach on the Olympic Peninsula and cut and polished it myself.
Crinoid fossils were once marine animals and are over 250 million years old. Related to the starfish and other similar marine creatures, yes, it was an animal!! They had a stem attached to a rock with individual columns leading up to the body and arms, where it opened up to feed on small food particles.
A lot of love went into making this piece and there won't be another one like it!
